This policy describes how CloudYume handles information needed for browsing, sign-in, and guestbook features.

Information processed
Servers may record IP addresses, timestamps, request paths, browser identifiers, and error logs. A message may include a name, email, website, text, and account identifier. Email addresses are not exposed by public APIs.
Why it is used
Information supports sign-in and messaging, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, security, and reasonable legal obligations. Personal information is not sold.
Local storage and third parties
Cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage may remember sessions, language, and interface preferences. Embedded media, object storage, and infrastructure providers may process necessary network data under their own policies.
Retention, security, and rights
Information is retained only as needed for service delivery, security review, and legal duties, with reasonable access controls. Use the contact page to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records that must legally be retained.
